It was decidedly an excellent place for disabled. Just walking distance from The Mann's Doghouse, where you can have lunch. Rooms open to a small patio. It deserves its 2 stars.

No tea and coffee.

The beds were comfortable & there were an individual safe, television and a microwave. It is great value.
